At Computer Solution, we are committed to providing top-quality CCTV systems, IT hardware, and repair services. Please review our fulfillment and delivery processes carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Fulfillment: Computer Solution operates exclusively on an in-store fulfillment model. At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping, courier delivery, or postal services for online orders. All products purchased through our website must be collected in person from our physical storefront.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery (COD) services are unavailable. To successfully place an order, all transactions must be securely processed and paid in full via our authorized digital payment gateway at checkout.

3. In-Store Pickup Instructions: Once your online payment is successfully processed and verified, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. You may then visit our shop to collect your hardware or drop off your devices for scheduled repair services.

4. Processing Time and Collection: In-stock items are typically ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. When visiting the store to collect your order, please bring:

  • A copy of your digital order confirmation receipt.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.

If you are scheduling an installation service for CCTV hardware, our technicians will confirm the timeline and requirements during your in-store visit.

5. Uncollected Orders: If an order is not collected within 14 days of the pickup notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original online payment method in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
